I have a 1988 Mach 1 spolier. The battery got discharged and the engine compartment is opened with a toggle switch. I can't jump the battery because the battery is inside the engine compartment. I tried jumping the wires on the switch together and connecting it to a battery jumper but still...
I cannot charge the battery because I cannot open the engine cover. I thought at one point it started to make a noise but then I have tried putting a charger in a Positive and Negative wire and it have been charging for 2 days now. Is there a way to unhook the latch?
Is this boat a reliable boat? What do you think it is worth? The top of the boat has been repainted, new interior and a new stereo.
