    1969 Johnson 55 No reverse

    13' 1970 MFG Carefree w/1969 Johnson 55ESL69 I have forward and neutral, mechanical shift, but no reverse. Shift linkage seems to move ok at the motor, but no reverse. Is there an adjustment? If so, how do I do it?

    69 johnson 55 HP wiring Diagram

    I have a 69 Johnny whose wiring is dry rotting away. I need the color and pin assignments so I can rewire the connector and motor. The boat side is fine, but the motor side is beat!
