    Merc 1991 40 hp Beep Beep Beep & won't start

    I haven't had a chance to take the boat out (pontoon) til today. Went to start it (with a new battery) and it turns over but will not start. Seems like it is not getting gas. It also has the problem of the warning alarm that just keeps going beep beep beep. I cannot see the float in the oil...
