I have a Johnson "j60elecOC", 1995?...3 cylinder motor. I finally got it up and running today and brownish water/oil comes out of the prop shaft. Also, the spark plugs have cream colored fluid on them. It runs smoothly. My questions are: (I don't have my manual for it)
