I have a Volvo AQ 131 engine in my Bayliner. It starts fine and will run great out of gear 2000/3000 RPM no problem. Put it in gear in the water and it will not go above 1300 RPM. Out of the water in gear it will rev up fine. One other indication is there is no responce to the carb mixture...
