I purchased my 1990 85 hp suzuki this spring it would turn about 5400 rpms the max rpms have dropped to about 4800 and it is cutting out at wot when it is trimmed up. i have had the carb kits put in and the compression is fine i was told it could be the rev limiter i would appreciate any help...
