    where do I set my floats on johnson 112 ?

    1994 johnson 112. Darn manual says to set the carb floats "in between the marks on the OMC float gauge". Naturally, I dont have one. Im going to guess that when held upside down, the float surface should be set exactly level with the gasket surface of the carb. Is this correct??
