Does this sound like alot for a Vacuflush System?

Priced a Vacuflush head system through the local Vacuflush dealer. Includes: toilet, 10 gal. integrated hold. tank w/vacuum gen., vacustat panel, removal of my sanipotti head, and full installation. This is for a Sea Ray 270 Sundancer. Total cost $4000.00. Any input would be appreciated. Thanks
