Adding Pedestal Seats to a 1677
I have a SeaNymph 1677 wt that the previous owner installed a center console into. I'd like to add a pedestal base in front of the console for a seat, and one behind the drivers seat for a power pedestal seat. Do I have to screw into a floor support, or will I be ok just screwing into the aluminum floor?

Through-bolting would be best, with an extra backer under there.
Problem is the access... I put an access hatch in to get the bolts in, and can use it for mini storage under the floor.
