Aqua step on 01 Seadoo GTX

I have a quick question..I bought a New unused Aqua Step on Craigslist. I have the step hinges etc. but did not have any bolts or AVK inserts. I really don't know which I need to use? I was looking inside of the seadoo and I don't see how I could possible use bolts and nuts...no way to get to the nuts in the back cavity of the boat. So I assume I would use AVK inserts..any help or knowledge would be appreciated..

they simply use stainless screws,, you pre drill the holes to a smaller diameter this will prevent cracking the fiberglass, and install the screws.
