The pitch and diameter should be stamped on the barrel of the hub. If not you can measure the diameter with a tape from the center to the end of one of the blades and then double it. As for the pitch, a prop shop will have to measure that for you. There are ways you can do it, but they are very involved and are usually not right anyway.

If through hub exhaust the numbers may appear near the base of the blades or under the prop nut.

Prop numbers should appear near the base of the blades or under ther prop nut.
If your thinking replacement it should be based on your present performance and prop size.

12-1/4 x 15P is a very typical prop for that size boat and that motor. 11-3/4 x 17 is another possibility but those two are the most common.

Hows she running with that 50hp? I have a 16' Starcraft Fishmaster (Aluminum) with a 65hp Merc and she flies! Oh and by the way I am running a 16p prop, just FYI.
