05 Sea Ray prop slipping / loss of power question - HELP

We shipped our 05 Sea Ray 185 sport with 43 hours on it to Europe so we can have it for our vacation and when i went to Bremerhaven to pick it up noticed some damage to a prop fins, center section and even outer skirt was missing...I coudn't get anyone to take any responsibility and still one of the fork lift operators hate me for offending their clumsiness....Took it home and finally had our first rrun on the water....Mercruiser 4.3 with alpha 1 was doing fine untill it hit 3000 rpm's and it just bogged down like it was slipping, turning prop without forward pushing power. Did not really vibrate or had any shake to it's performnace, no sounds in outdrive or motor either. No smoke or smell of any kind. 43 hours on this boat. I took off the prop and checked plastic hub, couldn't tell if there is any damage to it. Wonder if missing skirt on this prop could cause this kind of trouble or it's something else. Need help fast, our vacation is not that long and don't want to spend it all at the marine shop having someone guessing what could be a possible problem and solution. Service people are not as educated as guys in States or other "high traffic markets"...Thank you upfrontphoto.JPG
