runs fine, and then dies

"93" Evinrude Tracker 60 model # TE60TLETD<br />serial # G 03193930<br />starts right up and runs fine for about 60 minutes then loses power and dies. Will not start up again, until the boat is on the trailer or next launch. Several local dealers have checked it and don"t have a clue why. Any help?

bldee....next time the problem occurs, check right away for spark. Is there any particular position that the engine is in when it dies? I'm taking for granted that having it at the shop all systems appear OK. No overheat, fuel system good, etc. etc. Look around the wiring harness for any wires that may be bare or frayed that maybe shorting out the ignition system causing the problem. Just a place to start.
