I just bought a nearly new 2007 Mercury F3.5 four stroke outboard in the Netherlands. Runs great behind a 3meter (10 feet) inflatable (if you are not in a hurry). I haven't found the recommended valve clearance in the owner's manual.
I understand that the motors sold in the US feature an "Emission Certification Label" which shows the cold valve clearance for both intake and exhaust valve.
Can anyone give me those two values?
