i have a 76 sea ray srv 220 cuddy; omc ford 302 inboard; holly 4b carb; my issue is: as i throttle up just abit past idle speed; the engine seems to want to cut out or hesitates really bad to the point of wanting to die. I have to throttle up down a few times for it not to die so pick up enough speed so it won't die out. Once i'm up and running; everythings just fine. Full throttle and idle speed seem to be just fine; it's just very hesitant abit past throttle. Can't figure what's going on.
fuel pump pumping enough psi. i think it's the carb????????
