You failed to mention how fast it is disappearing. You could have a small leak in a headgasket that might not show up on a compression test.
Do any of the plugs look particularly clean? Any milkyness to the oil? Any slight steam from the exhaust?
There are tests that will show the presence of exhaust gases in the cooling system.
