93 sunbird what is it worth?

I was giving a deal of $2500 for 93 sunbird with cobra engine 3.0 with broken propeller. It is gets stuck when you putting it to gear and loose in neutral. Do you guys know if it is worth it to buy? And what could be a problem with this propeller? Thank You

The problem is more than likely the lower shift cable not the prop.
Or the gears in the drive...
OMC has been out of business for over 10 years.
They are expensive to work on if you can even find a place to do the work.

I say keep looking and find a boat with something other than OMC power..

there are too many boats out there. but you can't expect much for $2500.

Ayuh,... Find a hull that Doesn't have an OMC powerplant.....

Sunbirds were basic Entry-level hulls too,...Kinda like a Bilgeliner...
