I drained my foot the other day and water poured straight out of it and then the oil. I have messed with the top but never with a foot. There is oil leaking under the propeller. I just recently found out that i ran it hot and now i need a new motor which is on the way. is there anyway that the water can get in there another way or how can i check it any help would be great

did they use new seals on the drain and vent plug on the last lower oil change? i would do that, run it a couples of times, then check it for water. if it has water again, you need to have it pressure tested to find out where it is leaking.

Thanks that is what i was going to do i went ahead and took the foot off to remove my power head and checked the water pump and it is fried do you think that could be the problem.Thank you so much for you help
