johnson 130 outboard motor

i have a 130 johnson outboard motor that will take 2 to 3 mins to plane out, and then after running about 2 or 3 mins will blog down and stall out. if i let it set for about 10 mins or so it will start up and everything will repet again

What year and model #? time for some trouble shooting. compression and spark check all cylinders, spark should pump 1/2 inch, compression above 100 with in 10% of each other. post your findings. if all is good, make sure vent is clear on fuel tank, any filters are clean, no air leaks,

really sounds like a fuel restriction, weak fuel pump. contaminated carbs, air leak, clogged tank vent.
