Evinrude 35hp year? oil mixture?

I recently purchased a boat with a 35hp evinrude and I was wondering if anyone could tell me the year and the best oil/gas mixture ration. Thanks all

those #'s do not compute. look on transom bracket for a 1"x3" plate or sticker, or on the block for a freeze plug with numbers on it.
