190 mercruisers running too rich

I have an 86 searay 270 sundancer with twin 190 mercruisers. They have quads that don't seem to have fuel mixture adjusters. I am running too rich and want to lean the carbs out. Is there a way of adjusting them?

It's a Rochester Quadra Jet carb. On the end of the carb with the float bowl, on the lower base is 2 screws for idle mixture.
