I have a 1975 20HP Thunderbolt with a bayonet (male end) fitting sticking out of the motor.
I went to Bass Pro before seeing the motor and bought a fuel line with the same style fitting that is supposed to connect to the motor. when I bought the fuel line it just stated that it was for Mercury motors (didn't specify year).
Is there a different style connector for these older motors or can I convert it to this different style?
