1990 Johnson 200

I have a 200 hp johnson that idle fines but shut itself off at full throttle the motor will always crank right back up then you can take off and it does the same thing again. Checked carbs they are clean need help figuring out whats wrong Thanks for responding

check your spark, compression. could also be weak fuel pump, not keeping up with demand, of dirty high speed jets, air leak in fuel line, clogging vent to fuel tank, anti siphon valve. just to start.
