99 Force 50 Fire Troubles

I have a 99 Force 50. Fires, but not well enough to hit. The foam insulation turned loose and sucked itself into the flywheel. I have cleaned the majority of it off the magnets with gasket cleaner. This is sticky stuff. The stator itself though is a different story. How would I clean this stuff off? Also should I take this stator off and see if any glue hast reached the undercarriage? And is there any repercussions of changing the timing doing that? The lanyard switch is sadly on. And the voltage should be around 50 coming from the stator right? If I am missing anything I will fill you in if you can help me. If you can fix it, I'll buy you a beer. Thank ya.
