Chasing down spark issues is cumbersome without a DVA meter, so you'll be looking for resistance readings for the coil, etc if you dont have one.
First things first... disconnect the stop circuit (orange wire) to see if it then has spark. You could simply have a faulty stop switch. Easy fix.
Next, check the flywheel key to ensure it is not sheared off.
Do you have spark on either cylinder? If yes, the ignition coil(s) would be prime suspect, but any of the other electricals would be causing a complete no-spark scenario on both cylinders (unlikely both coils would fail at the same time).
Hopefully it is not the powerpack...as they are -very- expensive to replace.

Stator: Yellow - screw terminal on powerpack
Brown - Brown on powerpack
White - White on powerpack
Powerpack:
Black - grounded to engine block
Orange - screw terminal on powerpack
Blue/white - Coil Neg #2
Blue - Coil Pos #2
Green/white - Coil Neg #1
Green - Coil Pos #1
Stop switch:
Orange - screw terminal on powerpack
Black - grounded to engine block
