leave it alone and live with it. you try it will break, has to done by a pro, and not worth the money. in other words, GET OVER IT. there are a million bent and broken skegs out there still working hard.
Just streightened the skeg on my 2003 115 Evenrude last month. Was bent about the same. I put a heavy block of iron in a rag and held it against the skeg just below the gear case on the side opposite the bend. I then tapped the tip gradually with a hammer back into vertical. Can't tell it was ever bent after a little paint. Was bugging me too.
