need how to advice

screw on 3 wire tilt motor is rusted, head which straight is stripped (see pic)
of course this is the fill screw!

i need advice to get the screw out without getting shavings into the fill tank.

Not sure if this will help, but I always use a flat bar, to wedge the screw/plug outward while turning, usually works.

If threads are striped, put grease on the tap, the shavings will stick to the tap.
