Top picture is a minor issue. You just need to pull that cap off. You'll see the other three blind holes to fasten a puller. Don't hammer on it. The cap is about 2" deep, and surrounds a bearing. It will (shold) come off without having to loosen the crankcase bolts.

-ouch-

Second picture is a major problem, if that is a hole right through the crankcase on the lowest jug. I'd be taking that whole cover off to see what happened and why. It will be hard to repair that, for a reliable fix. Worst part is that the two halves of the powerhead are machine matched and dowelled. It is not recommended to swap them out. Can be done, but you'll need to re-dowell and get them ligned up 100%. Risky business.

Has nothing to do with leaking water but it is leaking crankcase vacuum/pressure. Actually, that repair is not as serious as one would think. You do however need to disassemble the motor and then find a metal fabrication shop that knows what they are doing when welding aluminum. Get it welded and with a little work with a die grinder inside it will be good as new. BUT -- it would be a good idea to find out what tried to escape out that hole. Piston skirt perhaps.
