Please help. My new 9.9 4S EFI outboard is hard to start when cold. Any suggestions on what to look for troubleshooting? Thanks!!
<br /><br />Not an EFI. It has a carb. And probably a choke. Check your owner's manual. I'm sure it has the procedure.
