Mercury 115hp 4 stroke. Idles fine but won't hold higher rpms. Revs up and down under when throttle is increased. Have tried new tank, new lines and bulb, and new fuel pump. Problem continues.<br /><br />PLEASE HELP!!!<br /><br />Thenks,<br />Ross
