I have just bought an old 16' Skyline boat with a 60 hp Johnson "Super Seahorse" motor bolted on the back. I am wondering if I need a new propellor on the back, because it's RPM's seem to be maxing out before it can really get going. Right now I have a 10"x9 1/4" prop on it. The motor rpm's run at 4000 up to 5000. The boat is a semi-v hull open fiberglass, and It can go 26 MPH at WOT.
