PLUGS FOULING ON 1982 90HP

HAVING CARB ISSUE. STERN CYLINDERS ARE GETTING FOULED UP,BURNING RICH OR NOT ENOUGH SPARK?REPLACED POWER PACK AND COILS ,PLUGS AND WIRES.HAS GOOD COMPRESSION.PORT CYLINDERS ARE BURNING CLEAN.WHERE IS CARB ADJUSTMENT SCREW?

Hey Bigperm3g<br /><br />There is no adjusting screws on the carb !!!<br />Clean carb. could be the way out of the problem.
