I have a side mount throttle lever with a centre button to rev the engine in neutral, which got stuck - exactly as the one in the picture. I couldn't rev the engine, in neutral or in gear. I took the Lever out and the Mechanism which had two gears. It looked like the spring is under the bigger gear. I couldn't figure out how to get the bigger gear out...if that is even possible? I dont want this to be a continuing problem, is there something I can take apart further?
