Default Ted Williams 7.5 hp - having problems keeping it running?

I'm having a hard time staring the motor and keeping it running. once the motor is running and I shift it to drive, the motor boggs down and Im have to keep priming the ball. I replaced the primer ball and the hose is good. Could it be the connector on the end of the hose?

More likely that you are having a problem with the fuel pump or an air leak in the fuel system. If it runs OK when you pump the bulb, those would be the first two things I'd check.

Sure...go ahead and laugh at my old aluminum boat. It's paid for!
