    Default Firestone help

I have a Firestone outboard and was wondering if anyone could tell me the age and approximate value Serial#17255256 Code#133-2-1725 Stock # 10-A-73. It is in great condition with only a few small dents and scratches, I know it turns over and has compression but I have not tried to start it yet. Thanks

1952, Made by Scott-Atwater. Five horsepower. It does look like a pretty nice one. Is the gas tank rusted inside? They usually are.

www.acmeoutboards.com has a service manual for Scott's, 1946-1956, if you need one.
