Johnson 1975 135 Gearcase oil fill/drain plug seals

Does anyone know of a place online to order these seals. #0311598.PROBLEM IS: I have yet to find a place that will ship the seals with a .37 stamp. My nearest outboard store that has them is 1.5 hours away. The online stores want to charge me $3.95 to $8.95 for shipping and that is crazy.I would be glad to purchse a dozen of them but they will fit in a standard business envelope for .37 stamp.Any ideas?

The problem with ordering from a comuter is that a computer can only compute and has no common sense. Hence, your $1.75 order that costs allot to ship.I try to order several parts at one time when internet shopping. Parts that I may not need now but will soon. Parts like spark plugs and filters.Something else I have done for small items is to call the nearest shop and explain to them what I want. Mail them a check for the parts along with a self addressed STAMPED envelope.
