Default Dusted off a classic yesterday - 1952 Mercury KG7 Hurricane

I'd been meaning to spend an afternoon just playing with outboards, rather than wrenching on them - and yesterday was the day. I hadn't run this motor in several years. Fired off on 2nd pull and still runs upwards of 30 mph on my 12-foot Duranautic. I absolutely LOVE this engine! The sound is music and all business. 60 years old and still the BADDEST 10 ever built!
