There should be a Capacity plate someplace in plain sight. Otherwise you can check online Blue Books for that information based on which model, length, and year boat you have. Abos or Nada.
Hey, Have you seen? They make Really Cool life preservers nowadays.
So "Looking Dorky" is no longer an excuse for not wearing one.

73spd, check the inside of the boat just back of the left side of the windshield and near the dash for the rating plate. From some old mid 80's Bayliner brochures looks like the 1900 Capri Cuddy & Bowrider has a max HP rating of 140, the 1650 Capri Bowrider with Volvo Inboard says 125 HP, the 1600 Capri Bowrider says 90 HP O/B, the 1650 Capri Bowrider says 125 HP with the Volvo inboard, the 1400 Capri Bowrider says 50 HP with the O/B. Hope this helps.

Thanks GuysI do not own or have a boat.I am looking.I like the looks of the Bayliner Cobra/Capri.Most of the ads I see, these boats have Force 120-125 HP motors. Thats seems small. I just wondered if I could put a 150-175-200 HP motoron one? (17'-19')

Probably not bigger than a 150 on that model.
