    Default wiring diagram 50 hp mercury

    Boat motor caught on fire and burnt 95% of the electrial wires.I need to know how to rewire the system from battery to motor and throttle panel to motor.

    Go get a manual with a wiring diagram. If the motor caught fire, chances are you will have even more problems after the new harness is on. The diagrams are color coded to ease in replacement, and the manual will more than pay for itself if it saves you one trip to the shop.
