whats the differnce between a 1998 mercury 75 elhpto and a 75 elpto motor.

im looking to buy a 1998 mercury 75hp motor off craigslist and was looking on the net and came across a elhpto and a elpto looking for help with differnce between them. have any idea what a 1998 mercury 2 stroke is worth? he said it has 110 or 120 compression in all cyl.is that good?thanks in advance

Nothing wrong with the compression numbers...If you buy it, Sea Foam it and the numbers could come up....If I owned that motor I would sell it in Nor Cal for $2000...market is soft on motors and boats but that is a late model motor that works well on pontoon boats and small fishing boats..
