which way on impeller on 1967 merc 110

i need to changet the impeller on my merc 110 9.8hp and when i got the lower unit apart the impeller fins are going to different derections so i dont know which way it is supposed to go....i attached a picture and wondering if u anyone could tell me by looking at the picture which way it should go.....by example A or B by looking straight down on the lower unit from the top... also do i really need to install the whole waterpump kit or just the impeller....everything looks really good except the impeller which looks fried

You rotate the shaft CLOCKWISE when installing the impeller, so it looks like picture "B".

can someone point me to a website where i can buy a replacment impeller for this motor?
