Default Spark plugs 1978 mercury thunderbolt 70hp

I have NGK BUHW on my outboard I went to mercyryparts.com they say to use QL-76v which is equivalent to BUZHW, Now I am confused. because NGK BUHW is equivalent to Champion J6C S. S which Spark plugs should I use?
