Sierra vs Mercury water pump kits

Are the Sierra water pump repair kits sold at NAPA as good or at least good enough to use? Seems like quite a difference in price.

For my 1971 Merc 500 the kit has quite a few parts for just $22.

First the parts you list make that a impeller kit not a w/pump kit, most items are gaskets. It's still a good value but should not be called a w/pump kit

What would constitute a water pump repair kit that the impeller repair kit lacked, the housing? I would think if you added in the housing and the impeller key you would have a whole new water pump as opposed to a water pump repair kit. Are there other parts that are not included?
