    Default Removal of Single Steering Cable on Mercury boat engine

    My dad has a Mercury boat engine that he needs to remove and replace the steering cable (single).

    Can anyone give me directions that I can pass on to my dad......

    Believe it or not, it can vary with engine, year, and steering make. How about a little more info.
