I have a 15 hp 2004 4-stroke that has a 20 amp fuse on the motor. everytime i turn the key it blows the fuse. i checked the wiring and some of the wires from the pigtail were melted. i believe this occurred last year when i had some batteries explode in the boat and melted wires but the motor has been running fine even with the wires looking bad. I took the pigtail loose and all the wires and installed a new pigtail-same result still blows-any ideas or where can i get a wiring diagram?
