    Default mercury wiring harness on my 150!!

    hi guys,
    right now i have a 150 1987 merc im putting on one of my boats. The boat controls and wiring orginally went to a 91 merc 115. my question is will everything work ... controls,harness,etc.

    Control cables should work. if the wiring harness plug is the same, it should work as well. Steering should work. The '91 may have a different fuel line fitting.

    should work as long as the plugs are the same the cables and all should hook up the same
