Im rebuilding my mercury 200 and i need to know the torque for the different parts of the engine.
The piston heads
The nuts that put together the two block sections,
The connecting rod assembly, and any other important torque i should know about. Thanks a lot guys.
You need a service manual for your particular engine. Merc has been making 200's for a lot of years, and they all aren't the same, plus, there is a lot more to putting an engine together than torque specs.
