Default Mercury 115 4 stroke efi fuel injection problem

Is there a way to troubleshoot the electric fuel pump? There is no pressure in the rail, not getting gas to the cylinders, check the mechanical fuel pump is working great, motor starts when fuel is put sprayed in plug area but not when starting from the key. Checked the fuel pressure regulator at the top of the rail but there is no fuel coming before it. Do not know how to check the pressure. Any other suggestions?

I may be to lat to answer. see if your model has a fuel vapor canister/ fuel module with 2 fuel pumps in it. for Fuel injection the fuel injection pump is in the fuel module on mine. look up your model and ID the pump and see the fuel injection hose on top of the module if you have one. you should hear it running. if it has a second pump it is on a float switch to file the module for the tank.
get you mode number and look up part on iboat. then fuel the see what you have.
