Gas/Oil Mixture for a 3.5hp Mercury

I just bought a used Zodiac with a 3.5hp Mercury. Don't know a thing about it. Does anyone know the fuel / oil mixture necessary for this engine?

The only number I can find on the engine is 4817 and I was mistaken, the engine is a 3.6hp not a 3.5hp.

I'm VERY suprised to find someone who knows Noynik means Gardener!! Not very many people know this..... Yes, my sailboat is the Gardener of the Ocean.
