2006 Mercury 90 hp

I have a2006 TR90ELPTDFI on my Bass Tracker pontoon boat. It idles and runs fine at idle/low speed. When I open it up, it runs for about 30 seconds and then dies like it ran out of gas, but it starts right back up, no priming or anything, just turn the key and it cranks.The boat sat up over the winter months, I drained the tank and put in new fuel, I changed the water seperator/filter and fuel lines.

Either the high speed jets are stopped up or the high speed side of stator is bad..

I replaced all fuel lines, including primer bulb, and the gas cap. Took her out this a.m. and it ran good. I'm going to put her in for a tune up and have it checked anyway. Thanks for the help and info.
